


The following license notice is included in relation to OPL's HyperMatter Demo Standalone software :-

"HyperMatter" is a registered trademark of OPL.

The HyperMatter Demo Standalone software, (the "Software") is a standalone computer program whose sole purpose is to demonstrate the main features of OPL's core HyperMatter software on which it is based.

The Software comprises the main HyperMatter Demo Standalone executable ('.exe') in binary form generated from source code authored by OPL, together with associated documentation authored by OPL, and other third party DLLs (direct linked libraries) used to enable the output of the Software to be rendered to a screen, and various image based resources (image files).

The output rendering of the Software is performed using OGRE (Object-Oriented Graphics Rendering Engine) libraries (DLLs), released by its authors, Torus Knot Software Ltd, under an open source license agreement, 

A copy of the OGRE copyright and license notice of Torus Knot Software Ltd is reproduced in the license folder of the current distribution package, along with those of the authors of the various third party DLLs on which the core OGRE software is itself dependent. A listing of these libraries and their authors is documented in the 'ReadMe.txt' file in the license folder.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT RESTRICTION, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGMENT. OPL ASSUMES NO LIABLITY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

You are hereby granted permission to use the Software on condition that you agree:

1) not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with or alter or modify in any way the main executable of the Software,

2) not to delete, remove, alter, modify or interfere with in any way the documentation associated with the Software,

3) not to delete, remove, alter, modify or interfere with in any way any of the licence and/or copyright notices contained in the current distrubution,

4) to comply with the terms and conditions and restrictions expessed in the licenses of the authors of the various software executables, libraries, documents and resources that comprise the Software.
